The work described is part of theTatiana Warsher's Collection which includes ca. 2000 loose photographic prints and the "Codex Topographicus Pompejanus". The photographic prints are arranged topographically by region, insula (city block) and entrance(s) within the block. The "Codex" was previously cataloged as part of the American Academy in Rome-Library collection (Stack.460.Pom.War.Cod). In 2001 all Warsher's materials has been given to the American Academy in Rome-Photographic Archive, for preservation and consultation purpose. A list of the Warsher photographs is also described in the "1939 General Library Inventory", p. 12.
